Challenge activity DAY 9:
Conscious drawing of what is inside.
You are invited to schedule this activity, plan ahead where you will do it, what kind of materials you may need to use and the time (20 minutes to 2 hours).
Start with a meditational breathing, bringing you attention to your present state and focus within. Become aware of what is alive in you and bring it in the surface in order to paint it, sketch it, draw it, visualise it on a surface.
It may be that you don’t know what you will create, that is also ok. It can come up through the process.
It’s an invitation to express through art.
