Challenge activity DAY 10:
Dance for self expression, joy and working out.
The first 10 minutes are for stretching.
The next 30-45 minutes are for dancing. Any type of music, self expression, working out while enjoying it, do it for yourself, give everything you have!
The last 5 minutes of the activity is for recording. This is important for me personally and for you in order to keep something tangible out of it. Share it with me on messenger/facebook or via email, I will really appreciate it.
