My dear challengers!
A small introduction for those who are new here:
The idea of this «self care challenge» is to cope up with the quarantine, while staying healthy inside out. The intention is to learn how to care for ourselves, by trying out different activities and figuring out how much time we need and we can provide to ourselves, in order to make self care a habit.
There are two schemas, on which the activities for the following three weeks, are based on. (You will find them on day 1) The challenge is created to last 3 weeks. This is because, according to researches, it takes 21 days to build a new habit. So one of the intentions of this challenge is to make self care a habit.
The daily meetings will be 30 minutes long, enough for a group reality check and introducing the new activities. Feel free to share this project, it’s available for free. The online events are open, which means that people who are not in the group may join the meetings if they want to.
